I recently discovered "Prana Power Yoga".... which started ten years ago powered by Taylor Wells.
The concept is practicing "YOGA" in the Heat.... 95-99 degrees Fahrenheit.
The studio is heated to this temperature to create “tapas” (healing heat for your body, mind, and spirit), and to help you to sweat out toxins, and negative thoughts and energy.
After one class I felt...energized and cleansed internally...along with a sweaty t-shirt... lol.
